Because an interdisciplinary approach sparks innovation, the scientific committee brings together a panel of multidisciplinary experts from research, civil society or institutions so as to benefit from a wide-ranging expertise.
The scientific committee is composed of a representative from each of our partner institutions. They are international experts on food systems and international cooperation with work experience at the UN, in research universities, or with civil society projects. This network involves actors specialized in diverse disciplines such as agronomy, politics, geography, urban planning, economy, food security, social sciences, etc.
Their missions are the following :
# Provide advice pertaining to the overall aims and strategy of the project
# Offer feedback on the scientific and methodological aspects
# Support the creation and monitoring of student volunteer groups collaborating with the project
